• A Minimum charge £40 applies to all bookings. 
  
• Prices are based on number of cats sharing one cabin. 
• All quoted boarding prices are double on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• There is a one-off charge of £4 per cat, per stay, which covers the vet out-of-hours call-out fee in the unlikely event of an emergency (pre-existing conditions excluded).
• A deposit of 25% of the booking value or £20 per cat (whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking. Details on how to settle this will be included on a booking confiramtion email. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
• In order to cancel or significantly change a booking (where there is no overlap with the original dates), seven days clear notice is required otherwise full payment will still be required.

Opening Hours - for drop-off, pick-up and viewings

Monday - Friday | 08:30-11:00 and 16:00-17:00

Saturday | 08:30-11:00 only

Sunday | 11:00-12:30 only

Bank Holidays | Closed

Please do not arrive without an appointment or outside of these hours as you may not be permitted to enter. We operate a strict timing policy to ensure the smooth running of the cattery and the care for your cats - thank you.

Vaccinations

Proof of vaccination must be provided before any cat can be accepted.

Medication

We can administer medication subject to prior consultation with you. Please let us know of any medical requirments as soon as possible so that we can ensure provisions are in place.

Medication which can be added to food is charged at £1 per administration.

Medication which must be given orally (including inhalers) is charged at £2.50 per administration.

For any other medications such as ointments or injections, please contact us for a price.*

Please ensure your cat is healthy upon arrival to the cattery. If we deem them to be unfit to board due to health & welfare concerns, we may refuse entry and you will still be charged for the full duration of their stay with us.

*We are sorry that we no longer administer insulin for diabetic cats.

Pick-up and Drop-off Service

A pick-up/drop-off service is available within the local area (subject to availability and additional charges).
